Delivery

We will dispatch your order once we have received clearance of payment. Orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery in the UK and Channel Islands and by first class air mail to other parts of the world.
 
Please note: made to order and bespoke items are subject to additonal lead times whilst the garments are produced and typically overall delivery times are 2-5 weeks.

UK Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt. Deliveries within the UK mainland are at no extra cost and will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery or other suitable means.

*If your delivery address is in a remote location in the UK please allow an extra day for delivery.

International Delivery

Maralisha will despatch to most international destinations. Please allow between 3-5 working days. Delivery times will vary from country to country and tracking references can be provided. Shipping charges are as follows:

Europe: £10.00
World: £20.00

VAT & Taxes

All goods within the UK are charged VAT at the prevailing rate and all the prices quoted on the Maralisha site are inclusive of VAT. Please note that any overseas orders may be subject to further taxes and import duties. These charges are out of our control and will vary from country to country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You will be responsible for payment, if required, of all sales, use, property and value-added taxes, customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any order or item(s) supplied, except for taxes based solely on Maralisha’s net income. If we are required to pay any such taxes, then such taxes shall be billed to and paid by you.

Will my purchase come wrapped?

We want to make your gift giving a memorable experience! Therefore, all of our products come beautifully wrapped tissue paper and protective outer packaging. For larger orders, items will be sent in either manufacturers presentation cases or our own elegant gift box. So regardless of the type of purchase, your gift is ready to hand as a present to your loved one.

For a modest additional cost, you can enjoy the ultimate gift experience with the Maralisha Gift Wrap option to include gift-wrap paper, ribbon and gift tag - the perfect finishing touch for that extra special effect!

I don't want what I've bought recognisable - is the outer packaging plain?

Yes, our garments are shipped in plain outer packaging to protect them and to ensure your privacy. When visible, the return address/Company name is usually shown as HOV Ltd. If the parcel is coming to your workplace then please let the reception know that they will need to sign for it for you.

How will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically by email.

Can I have my purchase sent to another delivery address?

Yes you can. Your order may be delivered to business or residential addresses and you may add new addresses at your own convenience.

As a signature is required you may prefer to give Maralisha a different delivery address other than your home address, such as a workplace, if permissible, or a friend.

Can I send the gift direct to my partner and the receipt to my address?

Yes you can, but please let us know that you would like this done and tell us which address gets the present and which the receipt.

I need to get the present as soon as possible, can you help me?

Are all deliveries signed for?

Delivery and parcel security is very important to us – we want you to receive your order as soon as possible and to ensure delivery security we request a signature upon delivery.

This ensures that your package is not left unattended. Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct. If you need to contact us regarding your delivery address please email us at info@maralisha.com.

If UK Parcels are not signed for?

If parcels are not signed for or if you are not available to sign for the delivery - a note will be left instructing you where you can collect your parcel from. If you do not collect it within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us.

We will email you to let you know that this has happened; we will then re-post your parcel to you for a £5.00 delivery charge. The charge of £5.00 will be added to your account and we will notify you by email.

We are happy to cover the costs of postage on your original dispatch however should we have to resend your parcel we need to cover this additional cost.

If Overseas Parcels are not signed for?

Should we receive a returned unsigned for parcel from an overseas order then we will re-send the parcel.  However the original postage fee will be charged to your account again.
